About Us
Resort
Mike Fraysse’s Sports Resort is located on 28 secluded acres at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. Meals are served in a century-old Victorian mansion with three fireplaces, a wraparound porch and plenty of places to unwind and escape the pressures of day-to-day life while improving one’s cycling abilities. There is a full-size swimming pool, deck and volleyball court on the property. Guest rooms are located on the site of the original horse stables, and each room has a private bath.
In addition to cycling at the Resort, guests can enjoy hiking, canoeing and rafting, horseback riding and fishing at facilities located within minutes of Glen Spey.
